By accessing or using Build a Hive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must create an account to use most features of Build a Hive. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date.

Freelancers using Build a Hive agree to provide services as described in their profiles and project proposals, maintain professional conduct at all times, deliver work on time and to the agreed specifications, and respond promptly to client communications. Freelancers must not misrepresent their qualifications or experience.

Clients using Build a Hive agree to provide clear and accurate project descriptions, pay for services as agreed, provide timely feedback and approvals, and treat freelancers with respect. Clients must not attempt to circumvent the platform's payment system by paying freelancers directly.

Build a Hive charges a commission on all completed transactions. The commission rate depends on your subscription plan: Basic (10%), Professional (7%), and Enterprise (custom rate). All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.

In case of disputes between clients and freelancers, Build a Hive offers a mediation service. Both parties must attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before requesting mediation. Build a Hive's decision in mediated disputes is final. See our Dispute Resolution Policy for more details.

Users may not use Build a Hive for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, post false or misleading information, harass or intimidate other users, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
