Refund Policy
Our fair and transparent refund process.

1. Escrow Protection
All payments on Build a Hive are held in escrow until the project is completed to the client's satisfaction. This protects both clients and freelancers. Funds are only released to the freelancer after the client approves the completed work.
2. Refund Eligibility
Clients are eligible for a full refund if: the freelancer fails to deliver the agreed work, the delivered work is significantly different from what was agreed, the freelancer becomes unresponsive for more than 7 days after payment. Refunds are not available for work that has been approved by the client.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@buildahive.com within 14 days of the project completion date. Include your order number, reason for the refund request, and any supporting evidence. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
4. Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. The commission fee charged by Build a Hive is non-refundable once a transaction has been processed.
5. Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be charged for the following billing period.
