Payments

Commonly supported payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, mobile payments, and digital wallets.

  • Within 24 hours (or 7 days on) :

    Clients can often cancel a project within a short timeframe (e.g., 24 hours on Upwork or 7 days on Freelancer.com) for a full refund. 

     
  • After the 24-hour (or 7-day) period:

    Refunds may be initiated, but the freelancer may have the right to decline the refund request or request payment for work completed. 

     
  • Project in progress:

    If the project is already in progress, the client must notify the freelancer of the cancellation and agree on payment for work completed. 

     
  • Milestone Payments:
    If milestone payments are involved, the client should ask the freelancer to cancel the pending milestone payment, and if the freelancer refuses, the client can use the platform’s dispute resolution service. 
  • Online Purchase:
    • Check your email: We will send confirmation emails with receipts attached. 
       
    • Review your order history: Log into your account on the seller’s website and check your order history for receipts. 
       
    • Contact Customer Service: If you can’t find your receipt, contact the seller’s customer service for assistance.
